REFUND POLICY
At braverra.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, please follow our return and exchange policy below.
1. Return Conditions
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags and accessories included.
The product must not have any damage caused by the customer, stains, or washing marks.
Special items (such as sports vests) are generally not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
2. Return and Exchange Process
Contact customer service via email to submit a return/exchange request.
Provide your order number, product information, and the reason for the return/exchange.
After approval, customer service will provide a return address and instructions.
Send the product back to the designated address.
Upon receiving the product and confirming that it meets the return conditions, a refund or exchange will be processed.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be returned to your original payment account within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue with the product or the wrong item was sent.
4. Exchange Policy
To exchange, you must first return the original product and then reorder the item you wish to receive.
If the price of the original product differs from the price of the new product, the price difference will be processed based on the actual payment.
We currently do not offer direct exchange shipping (i.e., we do not directly replace the product) to ensure accurate inventory and order processing.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving them.
We will provide free returns or exchanges or a full refund.
Please retain the product and its packaging for logistics verification.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For domestic orders, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless there is a quality issue with the product or the wrong item was sent.
For international orders, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer and may involve non-refundable import duties.
We recommend using a trackable logistics method to return the product for safe shipping.
